Blackhead Crescent between civic numbers 44 - 65 will be closed to traffic on Thursday, June 26 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to facilitate culvert repairs. Use an alternate route and expect delays.

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure wishes to advise that Route 3 between Ruby Line and Doyle’s Road will be closed on Saturday, June 28, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. to facilitate the reinstallation of Cochrane Pond Bridge following the completion of the repairs.

Contractors may be working on multiple streets from June 23 to 28 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs.

Construction is resuming on University Avenue and Prince Philip Drive from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday June 23 to Saturday, July 19 to complete the remaining works associated with the University Avenue Storm Sewer Upgrades project.

 Motorists are advised that Gower Street (between Cathedral Street and Church Hill) will be closed to facilitate the St. John’s Day Fair on Saturday, June 21 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (inclement weather date Monday, June 23).

The Tely 10 Road Race will take place Sunday, June 22, 2025. There will be closures and parking restrictions in effect.
